ITEP Celebrates Another Class of Indigenous Educators

The Indigenous Teacher Education Program is excited to announce and congratulate our three Spring 2022 graduates:

• Theresa Cypriano (Tohono O'odham)
• Marilyn Francisco (Tohono O'odham)
• Terry Posey (Diné)

They will graduate with their B.S. in Elementary Education and will soon become certified teachers. We are so proud of our students who will continue their journey as critically conscious educators and help build our Nations. Your communities are so lucky to be gaining such amazing teachers.
