3rd Spring Indigenous Education Gathering
Please join us for our 3rd Spring Indigenous Education Gathering to collaboratively engage with tribal leadership, educators, directors of education, and students to discuss growing our own and preparing our Indigenous teachers.
The Indigenous education meeting will be offered in hybrid format. In person, held at the University of Arizona College of Education, Tucson, AZ on March 30, 2023, from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. A Zoom link will be shared once registration is completed.
Our focus is to gather and share our strengthens, aspirations, concerns, and goals in the context of Indigenous education for and with our Indigenous communities. ITEP’s efforts to increase the number of Indigenous teachers serving our Indigenous learners and schools is informed by prior Indigenous education meeting discussions. It is time we bring our voices together again.
